Usually, once we have found the suitable accommodation, we arrange the contract and then the tenant takes over responsibility of the administration and maintenance, and the rental agreement is signed by the tenant or the hosting company. This is the final part of the “Home search service” and our responsibility comes to an end.

Our additional service, “Tenancy Management”, means that we take over the continuous responsibility from the hosting company. We sign the rental agreement and take care of payment of rent as well as utilities. We invoice the company the total amount, monthly or quarterly as agreed.

We make an inspection once a year, to identify possible issues and take action to solve problems. We are responsible for termination of the rental contract, as well as termination of utilities. We coordinate cleaning and moving services, and arrange de-registration with the tax office.

Advantages: This will relieve the company from all administration connected with the rental. It is also a relief to know that once the assignee is moving out, there will be no outstanding issues, no more bills to pay and no discussions with the landlord.

”Property Management” is a service for employees who are going abroad on an assignment and want someone to look after their house in the meantime, either renting it out or just taking care of the necessities.
